I want to try this Mod but when I click on the link in the first post I get a 404 in German. Is the download hosted anywhere else? Is the creator still active in the forums?

Nope, I'm no longer active here. Unfortunately, it seems CCJ39 has made his website downloads available to members only. Not even sure if TML3 is still on there. I have of course the original file, but it's like 50MB (zipped) and I have nowhere to put it for downloading. It is a good Mod though (even if I say so myself

Size matters not. I, and possibly some others, would appreciate it if you, or anybody, who has the installer file would post it again on a site such as megaupload or other such site.

Just started up the game, and was pleased to find 3 herb resources near my capital! Finally, a resource that actually MAKES your citizens happy. 
Have you thought about adding Opium to the list of resources? Other than that, I'm playing as Flanders, cause the guy looks like a hobbit/halfling from fantasy mods. XD

* Have your prophets/monks/special ops on the lookout for stealth units
* Watch those assassins in the middle ages; you don't wanna trade cannabis with your neighbours!

This Mod is fun... pangea w/ small island, only place to get the Hemp. Expect time traveler in about ten turns. Thanx very much!!

Well, I found it and try to upload it to the atomic gamer during the weekend.
I have no idea if it works.
edit: I checked the .exe with 7zip so it supposedly is good.
