Wow, things are kind of messy.
For example, we are set to build a Work Boat next in City 2, but without any Culture there, there is no benefit to making the Work Boat.
Also, our capital has an Unhappy person and is building a Barracks that we really do not need yet.
So, here are my short-term suggestions:
Turn 68 (right away)
1. City 1 should stop building a Barracks and to make your job easier, you should probably just click on all of the build items in the build queue to remove them. Instead, City 1 should build a Granary.
2. City 2 should stop building a Work Boat and again, to make your job easier, you should probably just click on all of the build items in the build queue and remove them. Instead, City 2 should build a Monument.
3. Please Open Borders with Kublai Khan. We could get an immediate bonus to our empire's Commerce if we do so.
4. Feel free to Trade away our Clam to Kublai Khan in exchange for his Cow.
5. It is your choice as to whether we Open Borders with Pericles or not. I would suggest that you do not Open Borders with Hatshepsut, though, since she and Kublai Khan are enemies. We should pick one of them to be friendly towards, and Kublai is the better choice since he can give us immediate Coastal Trade Routes.
Turn 69 (next turn)
1. City 1 should whip the Granary
Turn 70 (two turns from now)
1. City 1 should build a Warrior. That way, we will have a City Defender to keep the people happy. After you build that Warrior, you can build whatever you want--maybe a Barracks and some Chariots, maybe a Lighthouse, maybe a Library--whatever you want.
Other suggestions:
1. Once the Worker in the north is done building a Road to City 3, it would probably be good to build a Mine on top of the Copper, so that this City will have a good square to work with its citizen.
That's probably enough info to work with. Good luck!
