Well, that did not take long...

Anthony Scaramucci is out as White House communications director, two sources tell CNN.
It's the latest high-profile departure from the Trump White House. Chief of Staff Reince Priebus resigned at the end of last week, replaced by John Kelly, whose first day is Monday.

A White House official said Kelly wanted Scaramucci removed from his new role as the communications director because he did not think he was disciplined and had burned his credibility.
Scaramucci, a colorful and controversial figure, was brought on during the latest in a long list of White House shake ups that have rocked the presidency with a sense of chaos.
Scaramucci is the third White House communications director to leave the post that had been vacant since late May, when Mike Dubke left after about three months on the job. Sean Spicer, the former White House press secretary, also assumed some of the communications director role before he resigned when Scaramucci was hired July 21.
Scaramucci's departure comes days after he unleashed a vulgar tirade against two top White House officials in a conversation with a reporter.

Really a shame. When Spicy left I was disappointed, but the Mooch immediately won me over.
Like when one of your favorite characters gets written out of a TV show, and then the replacement character turns out to be so much better, but then he's killed off in his first season because he kicked a writer or banged the director's wife.

Good that he is out, but he should never have been near a camera in the first place. Actually i am surprised Trump managed to decide this, although obviously it is Trump's fault that the Scarab was there in the first place ;)

Just play it safe and have that Kellyanne person, as should have been done from the start.

Someone plz explain the joke.

In the last ten days, Scaramucci's life has taken the following turns...

- He got hired by Trump.
- He sold his company (in order to be hired by Trump).
- He missed the birth of his child (in order to show his loyalty to Trump in his new job).
- His wife asked for a divorce after these things.

Besides that, he played a handy role in ousting Priebus, then made the mistake of saying he didn't report to his new boss, John Kelly.

Then he got fired by his new boss, John Kelly.

I wonder how Spicy feels.
Does he regret it that he resigned because he didn't want to work under Scaramucci or is he relieved that he's out ?

Well, he said that he would "stay through the transition" without specifying which one, so he is still there and may never get out since overlapping transitions seems to be the new normal.

Hmm...
I once quit a job because there was a new boss who thought he knew everything better but didn't know anything. When I found out that he left only two months after me I still didn't regret my decision. He gave me a concrete reason to leave a position that I had been dissatisifed with for a while.

But maybe that's just me and Spicy has left all his dignity years ago in that bunny costume.

It was very wise to fire fire asap, which is a little scary, knowing that someone new is trying to cover up Trump's idiocy from our eyes

The only way they could cover up Trump's idiocy would be to lock him in a room with no computer, phone, or any way to get someone else to post his tweets.

Impeachment first, prison second.

Forcing Priebus out, particularly the way Scaramucci did, would have gotten him fired by less demanding bosses than the Donald.

Except by all indications Dingbat Don wanted Preibus forced out and just lacked the cajones to do it himself...much like he has "confronted" Jeff Sessions about his job in every way, but when Sessions walked into the cabinet meeting Trump's tail was tucked so far between his legs he could wipe his lips with it. It wasn't that he isn't "demanding enough" to punch Mooch's ticket, he just needed Kelly's backbone.
