Boer Republic:

Incorrect. 20,000 Boer SOLDIERS, who were present in the UN territory. Had they the foresight to know that Cape Town is rightfully OURS, they would have been spared. They had the chance to leave. They did not take it.

500 fonds? That's insane!

If we give any province to you, it will be stripped clean of anything of value prior. South Africa for the South Africans. You have no interest south of the Kongo basin, and furthermore, any Kongolese lives lost would have been avoided had you simply rejected the UN like the imperialist entity it is.

As for "severe consequences." Our air force is more than large enough to deal with yours. Any WMD advantage you may have is negated by the fact a few friends of ours have sold us the technology necessary to extinguish the lives of every Kongolese citizen should you try such a thing with the Afrikaaners.

This matter is of no concern to you. We will follow Poland's example and pay 10 fonds to you - enough to replace the lost forces.

For the sake of stability in Europe, and in the hope for a reunification of the eastern and western Churches, the Italian Alliance of Italy and the Papal States has established a new and grander alliance with the Russian Empire.

In light of certain statements by the REDSPIAN company, we reget to point out that the death of poland was caused primarily by the nuclear bombardment of certain powers beyond europe, set off by a certain government of the day. Russia merely conquered the remnants who unfortunately were all armed in opposition having joined the army resulting in the unintentional extirpation of the populace by russia. Since genocide requires intent to extirpate an ethnic group or portion thereof and the death of the polish population in the polish remnant was an unintentional consequence of its hyper-militarisation, it cannot legally be termed as genocide.

Furthermore the papal states considers it morally better to ensure peace in Europe in the hope of preventing further destruction and death, than to uphold the cause of a people who have ceased to functionally exist. Especially when remnants of said people have so grievously offended us in refusing to acknowledge our assistance to their state (when it existed) in recent actions to the point of taking actions contrary to the security of the papal states.

This may be an unfortunate fact, but the Papal States looks to the future rather than dwelling on the past. An alliance with Russia is the most logical option for the good of Europe, and thus the good of those living compels us to ally with said eastern nation.
