Kongo would like to participate. It does, after all (and for obvious reasons), have a vested interest in Africa.
Scotireland is, of course, willing to offer what aid it can in determining positively the future of China, which we know may have great problems caused by it's political instability and many wars. We will be willing to hold the talks in Dublin, if that is an acceptable meeting place for all who wish to be involved, as we would not want to be the cause of any slowdown in such talks, knowing how important they are to the people of China. We will provide Drinks if they are called for, but we are aware their sober nature means alcoholic beverages will likely not be neccesary.

I think it is fairly clear that the occupied territories of the former Kingdom of China should be returned to their rightful lords in Baluchistan and India. The demon realms former lands (demons never being rightful lords) should naturally be granted independence so that its people have a chance to prosper free from demonic tyranny. Mongolia, its independence being tyrannically crushed by the old chinese regime should also be granted independence to reflect that nations desire for sovereignty.
This leaves the old Xiniangi core which the Congress of Scotireland could perhaps adress the fate of. The papal states as a whole would prefer either that it be partitioned between the great powers (players) to avoid an aggressive power from ever rising again in central asia, with the nuclear wastes being handed to a UN mandate in order to facilitate rehabilitation. Or that it be given to a free Xinjiangi government (Thorvald departing from his terrorist ways to become democratic overlord of Xinjiang perhaps?), in this latter case the papal states will consider all agreements entered into by Xinjinag/china to be passed onto the new government.

Oz is very pleased with Scotirelands invitation and will gladly accept it. We would however like to ask Scotireland to provide some Whiskey/Whisky (I dunno which one you're making at this point) since we particularly love it.

The Republic would like to be present at the meeting to give any sort of aid and support that the project requires. We have several teams of engineers who are well experienced in handling nuclear fallout. An experience gained after cleaning up after the catyclism while rebuilding the Republic years ago.

Finland has attended the conference, and issued sweeping condemnations of Angola's proposal that would put China under Comintern rule, thus monopolising power in the hands of the Comintern nations. While Finland is a socialist nation, it's not comfortable with there being no balance.
Never mind Korea, Angola, Oz, and the Crusaders have more or less just sat idly in the background while India, the Demon Realm, Baluchistan, Kazakhstan, and the Mongolians have done the bulk of the fighting. Hawai'i has contributed somewhat to the war, but its airmen are paltry compared to what India and the Demons have lost.
