Excommunicate and Anathematise the members of said government until they repent of this sin, and vow before the Lord to desist from ever engaging in such a program of destroying all human civilisation. Blockade of Java
After foreign presure, applied by its allies, Oz has decided to cancel the earlier plans to blockade the island of Java. Oz's navy and airforce will not prevent any military vessel to reach the island.
However, Oz will keep a close eye on the situation and Hawai'i will be hold accountable for any civilian casualties.
Furhermore Oz hereby prohibits all non-comintern nations to sail or fly any military vessel withing 200 km of it's coastline or the coast line of its client states. If a military vessel of a non-comintern nation is found within this radius it will be sunk or shot down without warning.

Oz only seeks peace and stability in its backyard. If this solution would provide this, Oz can do nothing more that applaud it.

Oz would like Hawai'i to rephrase. Oz has never backed any side in the Javanese Civil war.

Capitulation of China
In all its wisdom and care for its populace, China, has decided to hand the control of its lands to Oz, to prevent further suffering. Oz gains the right to govern, redistribute or sell these lands as they see fit.
The King of China and its cabinet will be allowed retreat to an Ethiopian province of Oz. It will be granted full ownership of this province and can govern it as they see fit. This Province will be renemed to “The Eternal Kingdom of New China” and the King will hold the Title of “King of New China”. The Eternal Kingdom of New China will be under the protection of Oz, meaning that all actions against The Kingdom will be actions against Oz. The King of New China will receive a retirement of 1000 Ruble from the coffers of Oz.
The Chinese government will be allowed to bring 20 divisions and 30 planes to their new residence as Honour Guard. All other parts of the army will be integrated in the National Army of Oz and will be stationed in their homelands.
