Angola is officially pledging 75% of its navy to aid Oz in the blockade of Java. Merchant ships will, of course, be left alone, as long as they are not attempting to trade with the rebels.

If the rebellion wins, the rebellion wins. But it's my client state, not yours, and any attempt to blockade the area will be treated as an act of war upon Hawai'i, and a declaration of alliance with China. Thus, your fate will be the same.

Oz has never sponsored any rebellion in any nation. However, Oz will not stand by as people loyal to Oz are murdered by a foreign power. This Civil war will end without outside interference. Oz WILL blockade the region to all vessels that don't have permission to enter the region. If, in the end, the people of Java choose to align themselves with Hawai'i they are free to do so. However until such a time Oz will not allow any outside interference on the island.

Hawai'i tries to pin an alliance with China on Oz because of this blockade. This is utterly ridiculous. Oz only has got the stability in it's region at heart.

Hawai'i in comparison has shown itself a nation looking for war. It is trying to create a false Casus Belli to attack Oz and even threatened to start rebellions in its client states. Oz urges Hawai'i once again to rethink it's position and words. Because of Hawai'i his warlike nature, all vessels of Hawai'i will be denied access of the Java region. Any attempt by Hawai'ian vessels to breach the blockade will be seen as an declaration of war.
