That's a Napoleonic Empire if I've ever seen one! From my experience France usually doesn't do all that well so that's a nice change.

Right now the year 1850 - no Catholic or Protestan civs in the world (France reborn ant took Amsterdam). USA also Orthodox. Funny

It's rare but sometimes Orthodoxy can remain the only Christian branch for quite a long time if the stars just happen to align. Usually that results in many European nations to remain Orthodox even after the foundation of Catholicism.
