I wouldnt bother with a Roman one, since there is a Greek one.
As for Celtic, i know nothing about their architecture. So maybe if you provide good pics i will think of making it. At the time being i was planning a Norse set :)

Edit: In fact i would rather make a celtic one, since i understand they have stone buildings. I would like the continuity of that, since in an norse set i would have had to use wooden textures...
 
If you want to do an early Germanic or Celtic set, I can provide pictures as soon as I get home. :)
 
Ancient celtic architecture is mostly wood and thatch.

"Better is the enemy of Good" :) In other words i now want to keep only the higher level sets, and not anything unhistoric or problematic in any way i see.

Besides, The Byzantine set i want to make exceptional, and for that i will have to change the colour of the roofs, and also make another centerpiece for the small town.
