Don't think so, but you might be able to do it with a digital file

What's the average starting salary for a civillian job? After the holidays are finished, I'm going to have to be my school's army career's advisor, as usual...

Is Barack Obama, President of the United States, going to reinstall the anti-U.S. government of Manuel Zelaya?

Eh, I don't know, I'm just very unsympathetic to non-voters.

If your overall goal is to increase voter participation, you'd best rely on grassroots support to raise political awareness and electoral reform if you ever wish to keep the momentum.

Far easier just to make it a requirement to vote just like jury duty. :dunno: It helps elections too by not making them rely on political bases as much. Besides, if you hate nonvoters, wouldn't it be better if they were nudged to be voters?

Good luck with that.

If I really did hate them, I'd be forcing them to vote. :)

does anyone know of a vid of the song Molly Hatchet - "Dreams I'll Never See" where the video and the audio don't suck?

"Via" or "through" when writing casually?

Sure, "via" is easier to write, but from the readers' ends that's one extra syllable to subconsciously note, not to mention to profoundly pretentious air it carries...

How are they different? Enlighten me.

Via simply includes a place in a route or perhaps includes a route.
I might say 'via East Road' but not 'through East Road'.
I could say 'via Bedford' and mean going by it, whereas 'through Bedford' would imply going into and out of Bedford.

I went to London via Manchester
I went to London through Manchester

Sure there's a slight difference, but really pretty much the same.

Is it true that the US gov't takes random computers from random people returning from abroad? If so, why?

Often, but not always. Someone who came via a city could well have gone on the ringroad.
If I go to Bristol via London (foolish, I know), most people will conclude that I've used the motorways and the M25. If I've gone through London, then I'm just crazy.

Why so many religious threads all of a sudden?

Ask the guy making them.
