Can someone tell me what is the best way to go from Heathrow Airport to 30 Leinster Gardens, Bayswater, London?

Use Multimap.com or the AA Routefinder. Those should help far more than any of us could.

Huh... what?

I don't know anywhere where tap water is direct filtered sewage.

We just dump all of our sewage into the ocean here, and pull our tap water from aquifers. :smug:

Oops   Well, you're right about our sewage treatment.

Try Western Sydney. Or London, most of Israel, etc.. Most major metropolitan centres these days seem to use recycled water, making the recent debate about it over here - which focused on Sydney, which is ridiculous since half the city already drinks recycled water, including moi - a display of facepalm-quality political discussion at its finest.

To answer the question, yes, tap water does go through more safety inspections than bottled water, though over here some new regulations under discussion would change that to roughly equal in quality.

Heathrow express to Paddington and then walk.

Heathrow express is about £20 though.

Edit 1: The tube would be much cheaper but much much longer.

Picadilly line to Earls Court then District Line towards Paddington - getting off at bayswater.

Edit 2: Leinster gardens is about half way between Paddington and Bayswater

Has there ever been a real-life instance of a a company in the defence industry intentional destabilizing countries or regions to spur purchases of their products and/or services? Is such an attempt even feasible?

Have you read Winner's "Russia is supplying Iran and bloating their egos so that they will have the courage to close of the Strait of Hormuz (oil-transport bottle-neck) thereby inflating the cost of gas. You see, Russia's budget surplus is low and they need some fast cash to continue trying to keep their place as a superpower"-thread?

Or buy some Two Buck Chuck and pour out until desired volume.

I mean a company doing it on their own volition.

Heathrow express - fast (15 mins) but expensive (£18). Standard commuter rail (heathrow connect) - med fast (25 mins) med price (£8). Tube - v cheap but v slow, heathrow being the end of the line. The bus is kind of irrelevant since your destination is right next to the rail terminal. Taxi would cost more than the train and be much slower. If youre driving a hire car you want directions to leave the airport to the m4 eastbound (often refered to as the westway), and for gods sake take a care not to look for directions to "london" since three of the four possible exits are all labelled "london".

Not to my knowledge. Secrets aren't kept that well in the real world and it's not like such companies NEED to manufacture such situations - politicians seem more than willing to do so on their own.
