That's very common; any auto parts store will have special glue made to stick mirrors back onto windscreens. Similar to superglue but made for that specific application. Costs a couple of dollars.

Where may I go to collect information regarding the neighborhoods (or whatever random districts may be assigned) of the Twin Cities and the surrounding metro area? Demographic info, area-specific maps (very preferable), crime stats, things in the area, and pictures (a plus).
If it were New York City, it'd be mostly unnecessary since I have a feel for most areas in this wide city, but admittedly, some of these neighborhood names are foreign (to me) and I can't quite piece them together with the overall map of the metro area. Gotta learn somehow. Once I know the areas, I can easily combine that knowledge with things like the transit maps and major roads and so forth, but I gotta know what I'm looking at, first.
Multiple sites are fine if they can complement each other or overlap.

You can't get on #fiftychat on IRC-chat anymore. Goldfish is a server on IRC-chat.
You have to go on irc.noodleninja.org and find #fiftychat there. It's the difference between connecting to irc.irc-chat.net and irc.noodleninja.org (so it's not that hard).

"Bite your thumb" would be vaguly similar. Archaic offensive hand genture, superseeded by holding up one or two fingers. Romeo and Juliet and all that.
