The Six Month War: All Is Not Quiet on the Front.

and now the surrounding cities accept the old tsar's rule!

TheLizardKing attempted a coup with significant support from elements inside the NES. However, Nuclear kid was able to squash the coup by gaining the support of the elements that had supported TheLizardKing through altering the NES thus creating some order.

It was really bloody, you should have been there.

WTH..
I'm not too big a fan of this sort of stuff. I've already submitted my first turn orders, but if it continues to be this disorganised, consider this my leaving this game.

There *SHOULD* be no significant changes

So we can still buy more cavalry brigades than infantry brigades? That sounds... whats the word I'm looking for...

Unrealistic?

I pointed that out. So buy cavalry and then you get infantry with a food supply.

Su.... We're returning to normality, I hope?

This upsets me. Normally when someone (let alone two someones) starts a NES they've already waded through the :):):):) and worked it out so that the players don't have to. It's hard, I know, but sometimes you get idiot players who don't like to wait or be confused or deal with bizarre rulesets. Like me.

I'm going to stick with this tentatively but I really hope LizardKing comes back and delivers the changes he promised.

Unless I'm wrong, all of this resulted from confusion regarding a typo in the rules, rather than an actual scuffle regarding how the rules work. But, like I said, I could be wrong.

Cavalry Brigades are smaller size than infantry divisions

So since apparently nothing in the rules have changed, will the update resume its original course?

Chances are next week. The stats need to be ravamped a bit. The map will be made better by DarthNader (thank you) and the rules are/have been being tweaked a bit.

Resending your orders would probably be best, but it's ultimately up to you.
