The Brazilian Empire already has a fine eductional system, and will not be subject to another nations' teachings. However, we will join, provided membership will in no way change the educational system.

Venice is aware we have yet to organize.
However, The "second third reich" is being increasingly aggressive towards all near it. SUDS and the German Empire are having their sovereignty threatened directly, and Venice is feeling threatened by this war criminal. A war criminal responsible for the deaths of 9 millions people through systematic genocide alone, the starting of a war responsible for nearly a 100 million deaths on some counts, but at least 60 million for sure. He is responsible for ethnic cleansing, religious cleansing, and as stated genocide. He encouraged unspeakable acts. He wishes to cause a new war.
Therefor, Venice puts forth a movement to condemn Adolf Hitler for his actions, reaffirm that his old actions were war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against the peace. We declare that his regime is illegitimate and encourage the world to follow suit.

This game does not follow canon history and there are blatant variations. There is no evidence that I committed any genocide, and all actions I have taken thus far have been peaceful. I have even proposed a solution with France, which was utterly rebuked (even though it was a good deal).
Please refrain from absolutely ridiculous claims. 100 million deaths? You're joking? Did I ever say I wished to create a new war? Did I say I killed anyone..?
We ask that the UN step in and prevent foreign aggressors from participating in a French-initiated war. Both France and Germany wish to expand to the same locations.
Germany offered a solution where both parties could walk away peacefully, and Germany let the French keep 3/5 of their proposed colonies.
They refused, and any accusations against us for being "war mongering" must first answer the question: What did Germany do to deserve mindless war?

The Caliphate of Medina joins the United Nations, though tentatively. It reserves the right to withdraw if it feels that the UN is becoming too overbearing on it's internal policy.
The Caliph's representative urges the Venetians to wait and evaluate other actions that Adolf Hitler may take before condemning him. Without proper justification, Medina cannot support a condemnation. Troops of the Caliphate stand by in the Sinai peninsula to intervene in Europe, if necessary. In addition, Caliphate oil reserves can be requested by either side for standard prices if they feel that the opposing side is blocking trade.
Later, the Caliph in a speech to the people, announces that he considers Medina a peacekeeper for the Mediterranean. He hints at military force being used to push back the attacker, in the event of shots being fired in western Europe.

The Equestrian Empire, in the name of peace, love and friendship, proposes the following Constitution for the Union of Nations:
Article I: Membership
All states that exercise sovereignity over their territory, or exercised it prior to a war, are considered to be members of the Union.
Article II: Functions
The Union is based on general consensus and thus should respect national sovereignity, and concern itself primarily with international matters. Any actions binding on members should be with significant majorities to prevent tyranny of the majority.
The Union's membership should be able to vote on the following matters, with simple majorities unless otherwise stated:

We agree with Equestria's proposal for the Consitution, if we need one.
On the Education issue, we agree with S.U.D.S that investing in Education is investing in the future. Although we do share similar concerns with Macedonia and Venice. This is why we prospose to set up a council of 100 teachers from each country to go to a summit in London to negociate a curruculum that is free from bias. Of course, if nations wish they do not have to abide by these things, but I for one believe that international cooperation in Education will benefit all nations.

Nations not bordering that sea agree not to directly intervene with military force in the conflict. The United Nations as an entity is not authorized, nor should it be, to prevent states from entering a state of war. However, The Caliphate proposes a treaty between Non-Mediterranean nations to not join the war on either side.
In a rare recorded speech for the United Nations Assembly, the Caliph himself asks the nations of the world to help set a precedent that regions should resolve their conflict internally, without interference from countries across the oceans.

The G.E.D has now focused. We set to counter Nazi aggression against the Socialist Union of Demcratic States. Although it saddends us we have to use military means, its the only way to counter the war worshiping Nazis. As you see they are focused on slaugturing the Frence. We will not be fooled by their lies and will set to see theri fall. Hence we inform the UN that this conflict is a conflict of justice against Nazism. The SUDS, Britian, the New Zulus and the German Empire will do their best to ensure stability via the removal of the Nazi goverment and the trial of Adolf Hitler.
