The Spirit of Hadrian (Roman Trait) - Channels the Spirit of Hadrian into Trajan

I don't want to deal with the artwork necessary to create an entirely new leader (and I'm not sure we can truly even do that as things stand)...so I decided I'd make a trait that lets Trajan channel his successor Hadrian's spirit instead.

Hadrian was a humanist and a traveller and an obsessor over all things Hellenic. That said, he was arguably the most compulsive builder Rome had seen. Discounting Nero because building your own house for 4 years shouldn't count. Anyway, Hadrian rebuilt...

Any updates after the R&F 3/8/2018 update?
