alex is correct. the build points can only be used to save up for other buildings like command centers.

I believe we need supreme commanders for certain fronts, in order to manage forces properly. Players on such fronts would PM their orders to the commander too, so it could all be coordinated.

Here is a general plan I propose for the whole of the Stonewall pact to achieve -
Operation Gotterdamerung (Twilight of the Gods)
To be launched sometime in Febraury-April
In a few months, once winter has abated, and once we have built up our forces throughout, I propose that we begin to plan for the following, massive attack on all fronts.
- Invasion of Spain via Portugal.
- Securing the Baltic via island hopping and eventuall landings.
- A Massive offensive in southern europe, knocking out yugoslavia and removing soviet/communist presence from the balkans.
Such an invasion will require help from ALL of the allies, including the United Kingdom - our second greatest industrial power. It will need to be planned meticulously, down to the order for the last soldier. (exaggeration)
It must also be done at the same time, siezing the initiative and giving the soviets a knockout blow in the stomach while they try to maintain a defensive on the oder.
It will also need complete air superiority - that will be our goal in the winter. Already our airforces outnumber the soviets, we just need to begin to destroy their planes in greater numbers.
All of this, if achieved, will I quote (EQ) "get them by the balls"
We need this, and if our gotterdamerung is successful, we will be well on the way towards winning the war and liberating europe.

I'm in for it... but we need to stop the Russkies up in Finland.
That and uhm it would be great if Germany would pay the USA their reperations and apologize so we don't risk facing the greastest industrial power in the world on the Spanish or French battlefront. That's your decision of course.

Finland: 150,000 Scandinavian Infantry - 15 IC's of Stonewall Funds, or alternatively
300,000 Scandinavian (Finnish) Conscripts + 100,000 French and British Combat Infantry.
Quandary: Are Scandinavian Conscripts superior to standard conscript infantry like their regular infantry counterpart?

The UK will see what it can do. We want to try to knockout Spain, but we will divert some troops to scandinavia.
France is not yet ready to contribute to other fronts, especially with the spainish army still lurking to the south.

This thread is supposed to be secure. EQ threatened to kick any commies who read it, don't think him catching 'em would be likely though. If any commie nations are reading this then this has served as a reminder, do not read on if you wish to remain INNOCENT of espionage!

Here's an idea: If the UK shares her rocket science w/ Germany then Germany could develop rocket weaponry at her own cost and share it back. Then both Germany and the UK could lob nukes and conventional missiles at the enemy respectively.
