I guess my neighbors wireless is faster than most of your connections. We still have dial-up here, but my laptop's very weak connection to a neighbors internet managed to fish the download in just under half an hour. (If I'd waited until I went back to school, I probably could have downloaded in it about half a minute.) I just finished the installation.

I'm at 3% and averaging around 30 minutes, and my internet is on the higher end of the speed-o-meter. With filefront.

The new Apocalypse riders/Valin/Rosier graphics are awesome and Chalid is starting too look as ridiculously powerful as he is in the game too.
The mud golem looks so good I almost want too play Luchi more than trying tolerant in my first game too.

To anybody having problems with the download (speed or availability), I'd recommend signing up for a free Mod DB account. Only takes 30 seconds and it opens up the Mod DB-owned download server, which lets me download at top speed.

Also, as always, if you encounter problems (download not starting etc.), try disabling any script blocking tools such as NoScript for the moment and make sure your browser accepts cookies.

I've lost track of whether the Media Pack is still needed, or whether it's been rolled into the main mod. If it's still needed, I assume the 0.32 version will work?

If the path is changed yes. Im going to wrap a new version today/tomorrow to make it easier to install but it will be exactly the same as the 0.32 version exxcept for the new path.

FallFromHeaven3033.exe as opposed to FallFromHeaven2033.exe

I wish I was having the success of others.

After three hours of downloading from ModDB, and 97% complete, I am getting the following message:

Error 404. Requested file not found on the server.

I'm using Firefox and Flash Get/IDA and I try to resume the download, but keep getting the error message.

Really frustrating!

****Well, I went back to the download page again, and it is letting me start a NEW download with another 3+hours to wait. Still no luck on getting my first 97% download to resume.

What ever happened to the Torrents that worked so well with .32?

Would it help speed up the process if we bombard the site with descriptions of your high character, trustworthiness, and overall doe-eyed innocence? Probably not. Oh well, I suppose I'll just have to wait it out.

Heck, why stop at the game website? Let's frantically send emails to the President, demanding that Kael get's the authority to upload his updates to any server on the web automatically, and watch as the whole department of defense goes down. It would lead to like, at least 2 turns of anarchy... I wonder what the name of THAT civic would be?
