the throneroom

Hello everyone at this nice forum!
Perhaps an oldie to all you people, but I'm new here and have a few questions regarding the throneroom.
Which event(s) trigger the appeareance of the throneroom? Is there an ideal order in which to choose for new features? I have noticed that the second cheer of the crowd(when the new feature appears) sometimes is more 'enthusiastic' than other times. Does this mean anything. Should I always be looking for the brightest cheer? Does the throneroom have influence on the score?

No effect on the game whatsoever.Just a fun diversion.It is powergraph and demographic related.Exactly what does what is unknown by me.Not terribly important and kind of an annoyance.

You're right, there are some triggers, but mostly it is a powergraph. At Diety level, it will kick in at the building of the 5th city, I believe, your first wonder (regardless of what it is or how many other civs have), and some other key "milestones".
