Ok, I have all the animations done for the Asha'man unit. All that's left now is the modeling (clothes/props), special effects (use of the source), and rendering. My next step will be modeling, but that may take me a little while since I'm still learning 3DS Max. We'll see. But I just wanted to give you guys a little insight into what I'm working on. 
Here's a rundown of the animations:
Default: standing there, taking a breath
Fidget: balances a glowing orb above his right hand
Fortify: assumes a type of "warning" stance
Attack A: pushing motion that uses a fireball attack
Attack B: reaches up and calls lightning down from the sky to the area he's pointing at with his other hand
Death: consumed by lightning as he crumbles to the earth (from taking on too much of the source)
Victory: throws both arms up as rays of light shoot up out of his hands
you know... real easy type stuff.

A little while back Kinboat agreed to help me out with some modeling for the units I've been working on, and earlier tonight I got my hands on the work he's done for me with the Asha'man unit.

But it's all worth it in the end.
