Found a link.

That 'town' consists of essentially only 8 residents and the Walmart, and maybe a couple other businesses. I would have guessed the town would have contracted the county to provide the police services rather than hiring their own police, but the writing on the police car seems to say 'Lakeside', so maybe they do have their own police. You would think it isn't a very large police force (2-3 guys maybe?), so the fact they don't have a website is not surprising.

My town's 7 police officers doesn't have a website, just a list of their names on the city's website and an email address to the department (along with phone and fax numbers of course).

Now if I could only remember why I was briefly interested in these things.

Perhaps there is no such video (on the internet or off of it)? The freezing took many weeks, I don't know if anyone is allowed to film the falls for that long.

That's kind of what I expected to be honest but the potential payoff was worth a google search.
