I've yet to see a thread like this and I'm sure it might help TF from reading through a bunch of differant threads everyday. This is for extra smilies/add-on's any want to see on CFC. Of course it's TF's decision to add them, but atleast he'll know what we might want for future reference.

To get it started here's somethings I would like to see:

1. A notes section in the User CP (yes I know I already metioned this one and TF said it can not be done yet... I just added it to remidn him :))

2. The users on your buddy list names appear in a differant color or something.

Does anyone else have something that they want to see on CFC?

Be able to easily unsuscribe from threads - such as a check box thingy that Sultan was talking about.

Get vB 3.0! I wonder where it is...if it's been released...when it will be installed on these forums. We're still on 2.2.6

Have equal features on each style. Mac OS style has a smilie link in the quick reply, what about all the other styles?

What I'd most like to see in CFC/

A thread thanking Col for the generous funding of a new server following his amazing double lottery win.

It would go on to list how in the months following the publicity he has posted from locations all over the world via a satellite link from his private yacht and congratulates him on his winning GOTM an unprecedented five times in a row.

The off-topic forum is full of posters who admit that Col was right all along. AoA inadvertently bans Lefty. In a show of solidarity he then bans himself

Pillager votes Labour.

Rodgers comes out.

In the sports threads, the Dutch contingent finally admit that it wasnt all bad luck. England win the World Cup and retain the Ashes. Manchester United win a treble treble.

Peace breaks out all over the world.

If either of the above happen, then I might consider:

Fortunately, all three events are equally unlikely. :D

Why not just post a thread when you want something?

This way is a pain, you have several people talking about differant things, it will get confusing, and very long after a bit.

This thread is an example of not thinking things through.

For me, I would like to see posters who didn't have giant egos, and who didn't constanly cause problems every single day.

Start your own forum, people like you don't exactly make our lives a bowl of cheries.

Rodgers
The perfect example of why having sex threads is a bad idea, even in joking, you request things you know would be bad on balence to the site.

I suppose many of you think it's big yucks to have these cute answers, all it does is make me not want to bother with this at all.

If I sound annoyed, I am.

See if you enjoy constantly being criticized.

"Rodgers comes out."

Show me the right ladyboy and you're on!

"See if you enjoy constantly being criticized"

Ah, the loneliness of command! :p

I enjoy the hell out of it. What I do not like is the limitation of response that is integral to the position. Fear all thou the day after I resign as moderator, for thou shalt be hip deep in cyber flame.[phaser]

well, I was about to say MORE BABE THREADS, but AoA read my mind

I think its fine the was it is now, well, more smilies will be cool!
:) :D :goodjob:

Free beer. . . and a complentary pic of Sid Meier when you've hit 300 posts.

Hmm. . . after reading AoA's response, perhaps I should be a bit more serious.

I'd like to see a search were I can put in "FAQ" or "OCC" and not have it say "Please make your search greater than four letters."

I'd like to see more styles.

I'd like to see different ways of reading the threads, like being able to see the posts via collapsed or expanded threads. Maybe even something text based only, to page through it quicker (of course, I could just d/l the thread, this does the same thing)

I'd like to be able to see all new posts in x hours, instead of the eight or so it is now.

Maybe add the thread titles and new posts under the "last thread next thread buttons"

Mostly, tho, I'm pretty content with how it is here. It's a good forum, I don't see the need for a lot of changes.

I completely agree. I hate all those posters will giant egos.

I hate anyone with a giant ego, be him a poster here at CFC, at Apolyton (not that I go there often) or just someone from my life at school (I think they are called kids who fail classes but are good athletes ;) )
