I've seen a sandwich which basically a foot long bun stuffed with chicken fingers, onion rings, french fries, mozzeralla sticks, tomatoes, lettuce, bbq sauce, ketchup, It's about a foot thick also.

I've had it several times actually. It's nice occasionally but if you eat it with any regularity you will die. One provides me enough food for 2 days or so.
