Times For Heroes: Chapter 1, Origins

@Churchill: If you do not remove the evil which is Tom Cruise and those pictures in general from the thread; I swear by all that is holy and righteous I will expel you from this and all my future NESes. Think I'm joking? Try me.

Don't; they're a blight upon an otherwise fine country; so sayeth South Park and all reason. Let's just use our imaginations to think of brighter images, happy thoughts.

It's funny to see that 3-4 of the races in here owe their existence to the same God, and this coming out of MY story! :D:D I hope that the Envalen might like to become allies of the Warden Nation.

EDIT: Is there any difference between the Cities and the Villages, apart from their cost and the points they generate?

I updated my original post to show that I researched Sailing. Do you want orders sent to you, or just change the original post to appear to have been updated?

Please just don't change original stats, that's a lot more work for me. I'd prefer at least some post or PM of orders and spending.

Ok. I'll send in PMed orders. But one more question...does the hero and their nation need to coordinate orders in some fashion, or does the hero do whatever?

Heroes

Heroes act completely free of nations. All you need is to select one of the existing races and let the adventure begin. Orders for heroes can be whatever you want. You can go exploring, wage war for your race, or whatever you choose. Reason alone is the limit. As you quest however, you could gain fancy new weapons or increase your stats. Stats for a hero work about the same as described in the racial format above.

I suspect that the two send seperate orders, though they could communicate if they desired.

So far the only right answer has been the one from the Watchmen, though Lowkey and Thudd are WoW character names, they arent what i mean.

OOC: Before I write my story, can regular Cenatan be Calvary or do I need "Animal Husbanary" first?

Kelhitsum
Alignment: Neutral
Strength: 2
Intelligence: 2
Ingenuity: 1
Mysticism: 3
Diplomacy: 2
Yucatan Penninsula
Basic Physical Description: A very strange race, the Kelhitsum bare a resemblance to gigantic toads. They have powerful back legs to propel them forward, and moderatly strong front legs to help control the jumps better. They also have a small pair of arms that are higher up on their bodies (think T Rex). These arms have hands on them which allow the Kelhitsum to build tools and other things. these arms and hands are rather weak though, and are rahter clumsy. The average Kelhitsum weighs about 200 pounds, their bodies bloated and large. As they get older they will often have younger Kehhitsum to move them around on platforms.

Background and Creation: The Kelhitsum owe their existance to the one they call the "Under Toad". They believe that they were created from the earth they stand on by the Under Toad in his image. To get closer to The Under Toad, they live in caves or dwellings close to the ground, believing that one day they wil merge with the ground and again become one with the Under toad. In reality, they are worshipping Crezth under a different name, for he created them, although he hasn't really influenced them directly a whole lot after their creation. However, the Wise Spider is often a character in Kelhitsum tales, showing that Crezth has possibly influenced some of the Kelhitsum's culture secretly.

The Kelhitsum are extremely religiously devoted, and will kill any outsiders they see as a threat to their faith. The current ruler of the Roagim Empire is Groabit II of the Roagim Dynasty. Serving as the head Sage of the Empire and its ruler, he commands his people with their utmost dedication.

The Empire of The Roagim Dynasty
Kelhitsum
Government Type: Monarchy
Patron God: Crezth
Production Points: 10,000
Cities: none
Military: none
Technologies: none

The Roagim Empire is the greatest off all the Kelhitsum countries, having united under High Priest and Great Emperor Groabit II. With religious fanaticism and powerful sages, the empire has been able to cement its position in the world.

Kelhitsum military:

Actiputil: These are very large Kelhitsum who can still move without the aid of magic. They wear spiked shoes or other foot-weapons, and then jump on the enemy. They often die in battle, killing many of the enemy's troops before getting bogged down and killed.

I don't know how much the Actiputil should cost.

Anyways, is this good? I haven't read through the entire thread, so is there anything I should know that wasn't in the first page? Deadlines? Important events?

i have to hand ninja dude the prize for most creative race,it provided me with much amusement. i do have some issues though.

First of all, magic is not in mass use yet, so i'd simply remove the move by magic bit, makes it simpler though the rest of the stats could stay the same. Second, i'd consider what you described as the basic warrior, though you'll need to design a class for your sages, unless that's what you want them to be called.i also had a lengthy debate on whether they are truly humanoid as i requested in the ruleset. Despite that, I'll go with them being acceptable as they are tool users. Also if they are religious fanatics, they'd have a patron god, not "indirectly" of any sort, which is just nonsense. That's all the issues from me for the race at the moment, very creative and fun though.
