New Zealand is Number 1. However, I suppose everyone knows that.

Might not earn as much money and houses are very expensive, but sheesh, we have it really peaceful here.

What interests me is that Bhutan is apparently an island of safety surrounded by rape-tastic hellholes. I guess the League of Shadows is keeping it free of violent crime.

Bhutan looks cool. Less than a million in population, about the size/form of an inverted Fyrom, and landlocked between China and India.

Surely it is not any protectorate at all.
