Top Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse:

1) Conquest
2) War
3) Plague
4) Famine
5) uh, I would seem to have run out

This should inspire some debate.

Top 5 Smash Bros Melee characters

1. Link
2. Kirby
3. Peach
4. Samus
5. Fox
By the time my younger siblings introduced me to Smash Bros (on N64) they and their friends had claimed all the characters except Link, so that's who I got. It was fitting cause Zelda II: Adventure of Link was one of my favourite games growing up, and my introduction to the world of Fantasy/RPG games. So Link's my guy :D

@AmazonQueen...

... no.

Honestly, how do people eat peanut butter? It makes me gag the moment it touches my tongue.

Peanut butter in desserts, alright, sure. But the kind you spread on a sandwich? Nooooooo.
What's the deal with the hangups so many people seem to have on peanut butter? They like actual peanuts and even peanut butter in dessert and chocolate and stuff. But put it on a slice of bread and it's suddenly the plague. This is toddler logic! "I like alphabetti spaghetti but if you serve me normal spaghetti I'll assume you're trying to poison me"

Link was always my guy in Super Smash Bros 64 too because he was the easiest dude for me to figure out. Him and Yoshi.

I have no problem with peanut butter generally but something about the texture of peanut butter and bread just bothers me and I can't eat it.

A Terry Prachett/Neil Gaiman fan could add Pollution. Also what happened to Death and who is Conquest?

edit: Apparently the "official" 4 horsemen are Death, Conquest, War and Famine.

I always thought it was war, pestilence, famine and death.

@Thorgalaeg is right, its war, pestilence, famine and death... jeez Gor, get it right :p. The other entity that is mentioned and sometimes thought of as a "fifth horseman" is "hell" or "hades" or "the grave" who "comes with" or "follows" Death.
Revelation 6:8 said:
(KJ version) And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
(SB version) Then I looked and saw a pale horse. Its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed close behind. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill by sword, by famine, by plague, and by the beasts of the earth.
(NLT version)I looked up and saw a horse whose color was pale green. Its rider was named Death, and his companion was the Grave. These two were given authority over one-fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals.
In the movie Tombstone, Kurt Russell's Wyatt Earp paraphrases this verse as a dire warning to his enemies "The Cowboys" gang, screaming "You tell'em the law is comin'! You tell'em I'M COMIN'!... And Hell's comin' with me, You hear?!? HELL'S COMIN WITH ME!"... great scene.:D

Top 5 cocktails

5. Pina colada. Great on vacation when it's hot out.
4. Coconut rum and coke. Another good by the pool drink.
3. Mojito, great flavor, sometimes the mint stems bug me though
2. Margarita. Lime, on the rocks, no salt. All those extra flavors ruin this lovely creation.
1. Bourbon and coke. NOT jack daniels, that is not bourbon. Makers or Jim Beam are my go tos.

I hate martinis.

I don't remember if we did a top 5 tv shows or not. This list is heavily dominated by hbo

5. Sons of anarchy. Could've been higher but the final season left me wanting more. Lots of questions unanswered.
4. Breaking bad. Amazing finish, just a great series all the way through. Could easily be no1.
3. Sopranos. Man, the acting, the writing, everything about this is stellar.
2. The Wire. Almost like five shows in one with each season looking at an entirely different aspect of the city.
1. Game of thrones. We'll see how the finale is and if it can hold it's spot.

I had a very hard time leaving off Rectify. Very underrated show.

:p
Allow me to retort... Your lists overall are pretty good and even your #1 and #2 are solid on this one... but I have to object to 3-5... No way any of those can be ahead of "The Chronic", "Life After Death", "Whut The Album", "Enter the 36 Chambers", "Reasonable Doubt", "Strictly Business", "Doggystyle", "Bizarre Ride II"... on and on ... I mean there are just way too many great Hip Hop albums to call those three indisputable top 5's. I demand a retraction sir
For Brian Eno I would have gone with "Apollo: Atmospheres and Sounds"... but that's probably just because of my Trainspotting induced heavy-bias for Deep Blue Day :p... Which, now that I am thinking of it...

wow, thanks for the nice reply :) I think I meant to write you back, but then forgot. anyway, just to spite you, i'll extent my top 10 in a way you definitely won't appreciate!

top 20 hip hop albums of all time, retracted version. changed the DOOM and Kool Keith album, they're basically fluid and my preference changes over the years.

made it a point to only have 1 album per artist, as otherwise this task would be impossible. I think i represented almost all areas and styles.

on an expanded list you'd find: black sheep, capital punishment, doggystyle, something by clipse, something by atmosphere, something by el-p, more stuff from the 80s, more southern stuff, more wu tang solo stuff, probably reasonable doubt.
I don't care for the chronic. or anything 2pac. not saying it's bad, but it doesn't appeal to me at all.

top 5 cocktails:

5 Alien C*mshot (my creation)
4 Coach McGurk (my creation)
3 Dirty Underwear (my creation)
2 Vodka Mule / Moscow Mule
1 G & T

I'd eave recipes but I doubt anyone even wants to try

Ugh, gin. Tastes like drinking tea brewed with pine scented air freshener. I don't like mules much either, not a fan of ginger beer. Which is weird because I love ginger in cooking and ginger ale.

Can't rightfully judge the rest unless you post the recipes.

Oh I forgot about long island iced tea. But it's hard to get a really good one. I went through a phase of loving them, haven't had one in ages now.

They're way too strong. Definitely a young person's drink, because there's no mild buzz or in-between stage with them. You drink one and you're hammered, slurring and such. You drink two and your falling out of your chair, passing out, struggling to walk in a straight line, holding on to the wall to walk, tripping into the bushes... its just a totally unacceptable amount of drunk beyond college-age years.

Eh? I've always thought of Long Island Iced Teas as weak drinks for low-weight people who are possibly under the legal drinking age.

Maybe you've been getting them from stingy bartenders;)... but yep they're definitely for the young.

I don't know that I've ever actually ordered one. I just...made some assumptions from the demographic I usually see ordering them. I used to be way into those kinds of things (sweet mixed drinks), double rum and coke was my go-to, but now that I've got some disposable income and a very knowledgeable friend I've been able to acquire a taste for high-end liquor so I don't really do mixed drinks anymore.
