pre-turn: Well... we have lots of horses we will need lots of money to upgrade them all...
As i mentioned before i was toying with idea to attack china since they are probably only one who we don't have deals going on with. Plus it shows they have incense we can capture for our own use.. Plus, warmongers can't have so many turns of peace time... we just need to spill some blood..
So i am mooving all our horses and knights but one from egyptian border towards souther city of Lutetia where they can be safely upgraded. Unfortunately we know little about Chinese land and we can't trade maps.
Oh, well we will learn about their land some other way

i suppose.
MT in two turns and i see Eldar moved some workers to get us saltpenter connected.
We also need more cities to offload unit support, so i will try to build some settlers
We shouldn't be building libraries anymore. For culture we should build temples those are cheaper.. So i switched all those border cities from libraries to temples and some to courts.
T1. 360. Nothing exciting.
T2. 370AD We get MT. put research on 0. Upgraded some units
IBT. Russia declared on Babylon.
T3. 380 Funny thing happened - Celts also have Military Trad. Keep upgrading
T4. 390AD. GAs are over. Keep upgrading... Our economy isn't so good... we only make 225gpt.. But i bet you when we have more cities and existing grow it will be much better.
T5. 400AD. Keep upgrading.. Troops are ready to attack town of Chengdu. Pop 3 but it is on top of the hill.
Declare on China
First wave of attack... vet cav attacks reg pike and dies... bad luck.. The rest is going much smoother and CHengdu is taken
IBT. Nothing happens
T6. 410AD Move into Chinese land, but due to the mountains our cavalry can't get in time for the next city..
I parked cavs on the hill next to the town of Canton.. And that is Incense town - we will have one more lux next turn.
IBT. China tries to attack our cavalry with MDIs, but we either kill them or retreat.
T7. 420AD. Elite horse attacks wounded MDI and leader is produced.

Make a cavalry army.
IBT. Alert Alert!!! Celts built Leo in Camilodunum!!!
T8. 430AD Captured Canton and Tiensin. Another leader is produced

and i rush Heroic Epic in Chengdu.
T9. 440AD Captured Macao. Yet another leader and army is built.!!!! I felt lucky yesterday night.
T10. 450AD. Captured Tatung. Attacking Bienjing but China has too many pikes inside. Bienjing will definetely fall next turn. As i told you our economy is doing much better.. We generate +403GPT. We still have 26 horses, but we really only need to upgrade those close to celts borders.. Some of our horses just stationed in northern border cities. Lone celts warrior entered our land and i don't like look of it... Just keep forces around celts border if they lose their mind and declare on us.
China has 6 cities left... So if we take Benjing next turn and then another city south of Tatung they will be down to 4
We have 6 more turns before gpt deal with celts expired... Just enough to get rid of China and turn on celts.
Post-turn: We might want revert Veii back to miliraty build.. I don't feel good on using inner core city as a settler factory anymore. We can pump/cash rush settlers from all those outside corrupted cities... Since the game is over soon (40-50 turns perhaps less) doesn't make sense to build there any improvements really. Just start on settlers and after 3-4 turns cash rush it if money and pop allows.. Upgrading and cash rushing cavalry certainly takes priority. So next player - destroy China move forces to Celts border and you should probably have time to start celts war. Sign everybody outthere in MA against them even if we have to pay gpt for it.
We can raze all celts cities but Camilodunum and Entremont. We've got to keep Leo and Pyramids. Don't keep troops in their cities after capturing for longer than a turn or two... We our allies should try to sweep them ASAP... The problem is - they own one tile island we won't be able to get rid of them completely and will have to deal with city flipping until we totally starve them and have some culture rushed.
Remember: building new cities as important as capturing those from enemy. We need to have them for lower army upkeep.
Important: Do not send stack of workers to connect remote cities.
One is enough.. use most of our workers to improve cities that producing military or some useful improvements. Repeat - no libraries from now on build temples instead (Can you believe i am actually saying that?

)
Do not sell existing libraries. we do need to grow culture in order to at least minimize chances of flipping. I was quite sloppy with workers myself i believe.
Feel free to kick me.
Celts don't have salpenter - no muskets/no cavalry. That means the sooner we declare on him the less chances he will have to buy salt. from somewhere else.
