FA instructions

Treaties: None this chat.

Embassies: None this chat

War Declarations: None this chat, and if war is declared on us, please stop the chat.

Tribute Demands: Reject all tribute demands from Russia unless the demand is trivial (10 gold or less). From Babylon, India, or Germany, pay all tribute demands that do not exceed 40 gold or 2 gpt or that include technologies, cities, or contacts. If the demand exceeds 40 gold, 2 gpt, or includes contacts, techs, or cities, reject the demand.

Territory incursions: Do not request or demand that any nation move its troops from our territory during this turnchat. If what appears to be a possible invasion force arrives near a city, please stop the chat and we can determine what to do in the forums.

New contacts: It is not mandatory that the chat be stopped if we make a new contact. I would recommend, however, that the chat be stopped if a new contact provides a good trading possibility.

Please call up Ms. Catherine of Russia. Renegotiate our peace treaty. Strike the following deal with her:

Code:
[b]Deal #9--------------------[/b]
Reace Treaty	Peace Treaty
RoP RoP
code of Laws	World Map
World Map	91g

Should the Senate reject my gold request, please make this alternate deal:

Code:
[b]Deal #7--------------------[/b]
Reace Treaty	Peace Treaty
RoP RoP
Code of Laws	World Map
3 gold
3 gold

As Acting Mayor of Vandelay, these are my instructions for our city:
  1. change production to granary, settler
  2. set city governor to "emphasize production"
  3. the 2nd worker on the plains 2SW builds road; both workers on this tile are done in 2 turns and Vandelay no longer requires them (I suggested elsewhere what they should do next)
  4. the new worker in the city goes NE and irrigates tile
  5. once NE irrigation is done, work this tile instead of the NW one
  6. afterwards the worker goes 1 tile W to tile NW and builds road
  7. afterwards the worker goes 2 tiles S to tile SSW and mines desert
  8. afterwards worker goes to tile 2NW and irrigates, then builds road
    [/list=1]

CivGeneral, can you point to Plexus's order that allows you to post instructions? Not that I don't believe you, but he should post such instructions in the forum and I don't see it.

Also, I have sent a PM to tao regarding his post here.

As Governor of Berry, I did give my deputy authorization to post instructions due to an overwhelming amount of homework that I had due the following day. I did not have time to produce quality instructions that were well thought out, thus, I gave the responsibility to my deputy, CivGeneral.

Here is the summary of the 6th turn chat of Term 2 held on Feb 21 (GMT). The major event of this chat were:
