PRO- KOREA: One of the best UA's on harder difficulty level when AI always seems to be a few technology levels ahead of you.

CON- ROME: I find that the capital, especially early on, is the main powerhouse for producing wonders. For Rome's UA to work, you need to have these buildings built in the capital first, meaning the capital is always building buildings and rarely wonders.

Here's the corrected vote count:

Inca: You get more money and money always help. And double movement on hills are very effective.
Rome: all UA's left are really good. But i believe this one is slightly less good.

(+) Persia : 10% Combat strength and one extra movement make warfare during a golden age very nice. Also given a double length golden age duration (or 2.5 - 3x with Chichen Itza or / and Freedom Finisher) you can pop great person after great person for endless mop up duty on easy mode.

(-) Inca : Useful for hills no doubt, but a forested area still limits mobility (not sure on a forested hill, my guess is yes). Upkeep reduction is nice, but again if your cities / puppets are in generally flat lands this won't make too much of a difference. If playing without start bias and the map is generally flat this UA suffers a lot.

Persia: Incredible bonuses during GA. Increased GA lenght turns Persia into unstoppable warmachine!
Rome: A bit weak compared to others.

Incan UA is map situational, and any map situational UA loses out to one which is not

Vote for Rome to keep them around :p. I seem to find myself usually spamming out lots of early warriors in Rome while there are not many buildings to build. From this point I don't have issues building core buildings as well as wonders.

Still, while this UA is not map situational, it is certainly dependent on the play/win style you are going for unlike several others

The Glory of Rome: Very useful for getting building built but forces Rome to almost build every situational building increasing maintenance costs

Achaemenid Legacy +1 Movement & 10% combat during golden ages increases your Options when fighting a war.

Siam is arguably the most rounded civ of all. Their UA is excellent for all of the victory conditions, supporting the pop needed for a science and culture victory and the culture needed for a cultural victory as well. It is overall a very good UA and I'm surprised it isn't doing better. The 50% of food and culture adds up to a lot.
