I like Ingenuity, simple to use and game long bonuses.
(I can't compare it to Korea as have stopped buying DLC.)

France is good, not having to prioritise monuments is nice, although you need to cityspam to get the full benefit. And it expires! A decent UA, not the best though.

Persia: I like how butter leads to better guns
Babylon: Korea has the better scientific trait. Plus Korea's trait also remains useful in cities which have no hope of ever birthing a great person.

Well it's all been said by now, so I'll just vote:
Babylon over France; it deserves top 3 placement.

Top 4 seems reasonable to me. I still think France has the best UA. It does not require any specific strategy like others and becomes active from turn 1. Persia can be powerful but to get golden ages you have to limit your growth which I don't like to do.

France: Really great but lesser of these four
Persia: GA's are the most powerfull boost in the game and having them longer helps.

+1 Persia: Golden ages are versatile, and having added movement bonus during them can reward you for planning your invasions to coincide with your golden ages, nice gameplay there.
-5 Babylon: I dislike both of those for being a bit too "obvious", but I dislike this one more for being even more narrow.

wow France & Babylon gone...ok. I don't understand how Persia beat them out...oh well. It gets my downvote for the same reason as yesterday. Korea by default. They are quite strong though.

Is -5 really necessary? And the korean UA is overated if you don't use bugs.

Even without exploits, Korea is still very strong. +2 science per specialist (and improvement) and 4-5 free RAs over the course of the game? That's huge. You can get two of those free RAs super early just by building library and NC...

Korean UA force the player to build science wonder in the capitol to get the RAs when over the long term a better choice would be in another higher population City.

My opinion Persia UA > Korean UA

Persia GA ability is way more useful for gold, production, and military.
Korea Science ability is too weak early games but that is when you need to get your science buildings up.

It's not as good as babylon. No one takes rationalism for the 2 sci per specialist policy. The RAs are nice, but the babylonian UA is equal to 4-5 GS per game.

I'm not yet sure on which is better between Korea and Babylon, I'm not that good at math but my point was just that they are both way better than Persia.

Maybe, but Persia's UA is good. I feel persia deserves victory over Korea because of Korea's UA is overrated, and is definitely not the second best UA. France and Siam have much better UAs.

I've noticed a number of people citing happiness management as a reason to down vote the Persian UA. I'd ask them to keep in mind the happiness bucket does not fill during a Golden Age. In my experience you don't trigger more than one (maybe two) GA's with happiness. There are some available from policies, some from buildings, and a great many from great people. It is not very difficult to keep a GA rolling for 100+ turns. That is a ton of gold. And during a GA every unit is a UU.

Korea is definately good (top 5 I'd guess) but certainly not the best, in my opinion.
