Unable to see terrain information when holding the mouse on it?

Is it normal or what?
I'm using just CIV 5 up + Vanilla mod and when I pass the mouse over the terrain I don't see anything. No information about the terrain, the resources and the technologies needed to use it.

Why? ><
I've tried to run a normal game without the mod and it worked, so it must be something related to the mod..

Set "Map Info Delay" to 0 seconds in game options (ctrl+O).
