Unknown strategy game

Hi all

Does anyone recognise the game in the attached screenshot? I stumbled across it on another site (invisionfree.com) while browsing for other strategy games. I could not see a reference to the title of the game on that site and did not want to commit necromancy on their site by asking about it there (it was posted in a forum there in 2006).

Whatever it is, it looks like an interesting strategy game and I was fairly sure someone at CFC would know what it is.

Hearts of Iron 2, judging by the interface without any of the expansions.

Probably a Great War mod, too, judging from the borders and the flags.

I for one, highly recommend HoI2. Its a very fun game, and compared to some other Paradox games, fairly easy to learn.

Yeah I agree with with fully, Hoi2 is such an awesome game, and it is fairly easy to learn!
