Before the patch: War weariness in democracies had a large impact in the game. (IMO this was a good thing.) When at war you had to increase your luxury rate every couple of turns for your cities not to fall into civil disorder.
After patch: When I enter a war as democracy all my cities begin celebrating ´We love the King´-day. They keep celebrating during the entire war. 30 turns later I sign a peace treaty, and the next turn most of my cities suddenly stop celebrating. Just by curiosity I enter a new war and they start celebrating again.
This is not just a single occurance, it happens all the time. I keep the luxury rate at 20%, and my number of lurury resources stay the same.
Conclusion: My citizens are more happy when at war than when in peace. War weariness has become war happines. Quite an odd thing for a democracy...

yes, there are bugs, but this is complex work, especially when trying to make it run smoothly over several operating systems, dozens (hundreds?) of device drivers, graphics cards, processors and other stuff. keep up the good work.
