v23 Bugs and Crashes

Slightly strange thing happens here. The Dutch have an enormous army outside one of my cities, on this turn I withdrew all defenders and the next turn the Dutch withdrew instead of taking the city.

City name is Lingupura, just withdraw the units from the city and click through the rest on this turn.

This is a known bug with the V23 release that was subsequently fixed. What version are you using? If it's SVN or V24 release please post an illustratrive save game that reproduces the issue.
 
I'm using the SVN from a couple of days ago. The save game I posted shows the issue.

Also to test, I left my forces outside the city for several turns and the Dutch army still refuses to take it.
 
Not sure if v23 is the last svn version or not but...

I am having lots of "Error in end player turn event handler..."
"Error in begin player turn event handler..."
"Error in unitkilled event handler..."

With the pre-colombian GEM (30-6) and the SVN version from today (3013).

Sometimes a CTD after this lines sometimes without UI.
 
how do you get the longetude and latitude to display? It says after the map is centered the longitude and latitude will show when you hover over a space, but how do you center the map, none of the Great Wonders say they center the map. It used to be Stonehenge but not any more.
 
I have done circumnavigation but still do not see Long and Lat on hover, I need to know because many buildings say minimum Latitude and I have no idea if I am one space off getting that
 
A lot is changing there with Koshling's viewports coming in soon. He'll have reviewed that section of code and may either have a good idea if its firing, disabled, or just not working (or at least where to go back and take a look.) In the meantime, I THINK those points are made somewhat apparent in the military advisor map... but again, unsure.
 
So its about 5000 BC, large map, 3 civs left. Somehow, the game slows to a complete freeze. I've run larger games longer - it shouldn't be my computer. v23, no changes. Sorry, I can provide a minidump later. Specifically, all combat had gradually been slowing down in between, and during turns. Finally, after ending the turn at this point in the save, my stone axeman kills a cave bear slowly, and then the whole thing just stops running.

I tried your save, and it's running ok for me (admittedly in V24+ a bit).

The specific description you give (of slowing animations) is suggestive of a graphics issue - probably a graphics memory leak. However, if that were the case I'd expect exitting the game and restarting it, then reloading the save should cure it (temporarily at least). Can you confirm that restarting the game (exit to desktop, reload, reload the game, continue) makes no difference...
