v23 Bugs and Crashes

Did anyone notice that Fire Making's cost is way out of place compared to other technologies around it? Fire Making is base cost 50, but the other techs in its column all have a base cost of 25. I thought we were keeping all technologies in the same column at the same cost.
 
2. I thought I had fixed that. So I better do it again.
4. Crocadilians spawn in fresh water. Oasis provides fresh water to all neighbouring plots. Nothing else spawns on those plots. So you get crocs!
 
Found another bug. Culture (Dieselpunk) is on the wrong technology. It says it requires Steampunk tech.

Check the Canada audio soundpack. That it has a full AudioDefines is wrong and it also has a false SoundData end tag on line 13659.

Thx for pointing this out, that WAS a huge mistake i made, i used "my" old Canada stuff for regular BtS mixed in with C2C stuff, and forgot about the darn Audio Txt, DUH!!!:blush:

Dont know for sure if this will fix the switching of the Firaxis audio output lines though, but i am trying all kinds of stuff to make it work better, this helped out alot, so again THX.;)
 
Problem with divine prophets. I can found any religion, but only have the technology for 3.

Oh and the Jivaro headhunters use Mongol city names, which is a little strange.

Speaking of weird spawns, are zebras supposed to spawn in arctic areas? I know they can't move into ice or tundra areas, but here is one that spawned in permafrost (r2682).

They shouldn't, just happened to me also.

hmm... this had tested out nicely in my last fix. Do you have Choose Religions on? I presume not if you're mentioning this. I'll check it again but I also want to note that the fix only came in a few days ago so if you're not on the current svn revision, that could explain it as well.

Ok so I'll look into it again on my end too.
 
Hello, I have a large map I believe, (a mistake I won't make again) and my game just randomly CTD's without any warning or message! I think this is something with memory capacity, but I'm not sure. Any tips for decreasing these crashes? I currently turned off audio and set graphics at low, so I'm kinda desperate...

Basically people are getting really annoyed that people are "pestering" them.

What if we just limited crocs to Swamp, Bog and Flood Plains terrain features? This would cover the desert rivers and not get random oasis crocs.

You would not get them around fresh water lakes or on rivers which don't have flood plains but should have crocs. By crocs I mean all 23 types.

I understand that, but what i mean is, is this a building and if so, in the demolish buildings, why isn't it available to do so then?:crazyeye:
