Very Simple Request for New Scottish Leader

Hi All,

I was hoping to create a new leader for Scotland. You can keep everything the same but the leader himself. I don't really care about how it looks I would just like it to be functional.

David I of Scotland - Using Fredrick's unique abilities. I think you can use all the existing Scotland visuals

I have attempted to create these mods with no luck. I have Rise & Fall.
