Walkthroughs?

I'm new to the site, so pardon my foolishness!

I thought I saw some detailed walkthroughs that had early/mid/late step by step build advice, tech researech, etc... I can't seem to find these threads, so I was wondering if you can recommend any threads or tell me if there is a way to search thread content.

Unless I'm horribly mistaken Sulla's Walkthrough uses an early version of vanilla (e.g. Horses show pre-Animal Husbandry), but the essence is still pretty right.

pholkhero's and Greeneyedzombie's suggestions are also 'on the money'.
