In my previous orders i specified what was to happen if they accepted transport assistance so if they do just follow that line of orders and not the other. However Amorfal would be willing to sell the port city and it's surrounding areas and fishing/trading rights (i.e. everything included) to the Majori Skavi for the modest price of 9 gold.

John the First, favoured general of the last king he had ascended the throne in a brutal bloodbath the last few days. Now he stood before the crowds of Amor and was hailed as their new leader. Rumours were that he would personally lead the next attack against the damned goblinoids. He was already at works to recruit a large army of horsemen, archers and warriors to form the core of a new army, push back the advance and retake the city.
Something of a conservative he had not wanted Tarakfal to turn over technology to the Skavi, but he had not intervened. He would need all the help at hand.

The crowds were silent... waiting for him to speak.
"GOOD PEOPLE OF AMOR. AMORFAL HAS WAITED LONG FOR THIS HOUR!"
"BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN CURSED BY WEAK KINGS. NO LONGER! I SHALL DEFEAT THE GOBLINS ONCE AND FOR ALL WITH MY VERY HANDS! I SWEAR AN OATH UPON MY HONOR. THESE HANDS WILL WIELD THE SWORD THAT CUTS DOWN THE LINE OF CONTEMPT. THE GODS HAVE WITNESSED THE FUTURE. YOU WILL BE MY SOLDIERS AND I WILL BE THE WRATH OF HUMANKIND!"

He was silent for a short while.

"And that means you've all just been conscripted to the emergency Amorfal army." he had a page shout out his words to the crowd.
"All men between 15 and 60 that is, capable of wielding a weapon."

He turned around and left the crowd for the interior of his palace. He would have to empty the coffers for even more soldiers before he left for the front on his warhorse with his royal retinue. His most trusted friends, Rudyard the Rude and Bonko the Wild would be in charge of domestic affairs while gone. They might not be the most diplomatic kind to leave in charge but John knew they were capable despite their nicknames and would NEVER think of betraying him. The cloaked men that followed them around at any time would make sure of that.

Invade Goblins from the north with 850 Horsmen, All Wariars All Raiders and 250 Archers. Use Horsmen fast movement ability to it's full by attacking again and again Imperial Orc troops and running away. Invade them badly! Take spoils of war!
Continue to expand into the mountains and Plains with rest of horsmen.
