Weapons of mass destruction

I said it in the old days when i played/moded Civ III.

We need more types of weapons of mass destruction.

Atom bombs
Hydrogen bombs
Dirty bombs

or whatever

The nukes are to weak. They should have massive amounts of damage. I still have alot of learining to do with Civ IV but I hope this is possible.

Try going into the world builder, give yourself a couple ICBMs and stack nuke a city.
Is it underpowered, yeah, but this is the current workaround to it.
