This civilization can also be made settled approximately within the boundaries that I showed in the picture. These are approximate territories of Iroquois expansion together with the cultural center of Mississippi - Cahokia.
Their implementation is a little more complicated than a regular civilization:
First period (Mississippi culture) - civilization appears in the 11th century in Cahokia and is severely limited in expansion, facing enormous difficulties due to the hordes of barbarians around. This is required so that by the 13th century this civilization would not have time to build no more than 2 cities (including the capital) and would not be able to significantly influence the development of infrastructure. In the 13th century it should collapse with the destruction of cities. This is a combination of Harappan and Kongo ideas.
Second period (Iroquois) - then this civilization is revived in the 16th century near the great lakes and directs its slow expansion south to the Mississippi River. Civilization is again faced with a large number of barbarians and again before the appearance of the USA it should not grow more than 3 cities with the same poor infrastructure. When the US shows up, they immediately declare war on the Iroquois and have an invading army to quickly destroy them.
Option when a player plays for this civilization:
In this case, the player appears in the first period and tries, with great difficulty, to build his state. By the time the United States appears, he should not have much technological development and his country should not have more than 4 cities on average.
