But really, I'd probably call my girl Catherine since it is a family name. Lads? Dunno. Something ridiculous (to make up for me having a silly name i.e. Kieren).

I was going to name my "son" Reggie after my dad (who she almost shared a birthday with). But turned out "he" turned out to be a girl (the dumbass ultrasound tech as the Christian "choose-life" free clinic thought a bubble was a testicle & in subsequent ultrasounds "he" was turned away) so we gave her the middle name Regina. Couldn't think of a good first name & eventually my mother-in-law chose Mara. Probably won't have another kid. If I had another son might name him Randy.
