'Gesprekken met Hitler', translated from german 'Gesprache mit Hitler', in english probably 'conversations with Hitler', written by Hermann Rauschning in 1940. Real fascinating stuff.

Hitler 1936-1945: Nemesis by Ian Kershaw

In the previous history books I read, I always enjoyed learning about the leaders of the main countries and their reactions to the events. Figured this implied I should buy a biography of one of them set during the war period :p

I've read part I: Hitler 1889-1936 a year ago, cause i wanted to know how someone becomes like him ...

How did you get the picture like that? I tried "inserting" the image, but it only came up as a website.

You can upload stuff, also most people have hosting sites they use to store and post images.

Such as Frewebs, imageshack etc. Many are free as well.

You can also cut and paste a links image for example through google images, and just use that in the
tags.

I'm reading David Gemmels second book in his Troy Saga: Shield of Thunder, it's much more detailed than the Iliad, it's quite an homage actually, he's obviously done his research, I wonder if anyone knows if he managed to write the last book before he died?

Oddyseus is an ugly but charismatic antihero, and the main players have not all been introduced yet. It's obviously slightly of a fantasy bent but that doesn't detract from the story, in fact it adds to it.

Yeah, I do it with the google images, but it didn't seem to work with imageshack.

I use Freewebs, seems to be fine. But more often than not I'll just google an image.

Can't really use google if you made the image yourself though.

Yeah, I saw that one too. Hopefully I don't need to have read the prequel before this one :p

May get it later though if I enjoy this book. As I say, I was wanting to read one set during the war years :)
