Only if you pronounce it "So uh suh'pal liky diss rity?" Should be "sow yü(/yoo) spell lïk(/liyk) þiss(/this), rït(/riyt)?"- phonetic is different than just simplification.

1. Hittites with Mursilis as Leader
2. Hungary with Matthias Corvinus as Leader
3. Canada (as there are already Australia and Brazil)

Maybe Sweden or Ukraine would be also nice, but I know: Europe is too crowed.

PS: As a leader for china I would choose Taizong and for the Vikings Canute the Great, but thats only my opinion
PPS: A Scenario: The Unification of Germany. I know you had the idea to make it. I have made one a few month ago, but it is only in german. If you guys want, I could help you with this scenario (inkl. map). Though I think Assyria would be a good idea. I think Modern Italy should be in. Italy is completely different from the Roman empire and produced huge influnces in finance, art and music which are unparralled, and has some of the most beutiful cities in the World (Venice, Florence ect). A game called civilization which doesn't include these things is, frankly, ridiculous.

However, if you are hostile to the idea of European civs, can i suggest the Afgans. A truly unigue culture in Asia which has remianed distinct and independent from its neighbours.

Canada is not a civ. They are smaller in population even vs most of the small european countries.

Already making the German Unification, look at MY info center at Civunited. Already made the LH's for it. There are going to be "submods" with their own civs and lH's and menus, etc. Like a real expansion.

Well, that's not true- they have a population of 33 Million. Less than France or Germany, obviously, but far higher than Portugal, Austria or the Netherlands.

Still, I don't think they're worth including in the game.
