It doesn't look northern Andean, so it isn't Venezuelan or Colombian. I think it is central american.

Just going off the list, Panama has been mentioned, Honduras? Nicaragua?
 
If it is Spanish, than it is Colonial Spanish. If you mean Spain, than it is Castillian/Catalonian. ;)

Actually here in Venezuela, I have noticed some sort of inferiority complex, of how people refer to Espanol as Castillano to associate themselves with the Motherland. :lol: I find it kind of hilarious actually, and can't help to snicker when they say something like "en CASTillANO blahblahblah"
