This time he used a free email from MrLeN's ezOne.com site to create a new forum account (Stellar Converter is a mod there).

It's very hard to believe that Stellar Converter, a former CFC moderator, has deteriorated into such a lowly spammer. I feel sorry for this kid...

(I am keepng track of all his IPs, maybe I'll report him to his ISP).

That wouldn't be a good idea. He surely used an IP hider or an IP faker to access CFC. So the IPs you're logging might be some "highjacked" IPs, from innocent victim. Yeah you have seen what he was able to do, he could also hack some IPs.
