What is Multiculturalism and why it's bad

Is this that Churchill bust thing again? You really need to get over that, it's getting weird.

edit: And anyway, I thought UKIP's position was that British nationality is civic and not ethnic?

edit2: And, wait, was Ann Dunham "ethnically English"? Wikipedia only gives "predominantly English ancestry", which isn't the same thing at all in an American context.

25% Black? Not sure if I believe that!

That's Brazil for you! Her maternal grandmother was black. Her dad is German (so she is 50% German) and on her mother's side she also has some Italian, Spanish, Polish and Indian.

And that's far more common than you think! There's a popular song that goes:

Essa crioula tem o olho azul
Essa lourinha tem cabelo bombril
Aquela índia tem sotaque do Sul
Essa mulata é da cor do Brasil

A cozinheira tá falando alemão
A princesinha tá falando no pé
A italiana cozinhando o feijão
A americana se encantou com Pelé

which translates to...

That black girl has blue eyes
This blondie has steel wool hair
That Indian girl has a Southern accent
This mulatta has the color of Brazil

The cook is speaking in German
The little princess is talking [don't know how to translate]
The Italian girl is cooking beans
The american girl was charmed by Pelé

She has no black phenotypes on show.

She has thicker lips than you'd expect in a German girl.

But as I said, phenotypes are a notoriously terrible way to judge a Brazilians ethnic background.

I don't care what she is. She's a very pretty girl, imo. But a lot of that will be careful makeup, I know.

Okay, but the real question is, is she a Catholic mixed-race Afro-German Brazilian, or is she a Protestant mixed-race Afro-German Brazilian?

The real, real (real ale) question is whether she can be persuaded to drink hand-pumped bitter in preference to fancy smancy cocktails.

I fear the answer may be no. But I'm clearly too old to be much disappointed.

Catholic I'm sure! I don't want to share a beach with dirty Protestants!!

[humorless people, I'm just kidding. I have no idea and I don't care. Please don't report me].

The real, real, real question is whether she had a Playstation or an N64.

Obama..50% English ethnically but hates the British. Typical.

If Churchill is your epitome of the British people, you clearly hate our nation far more than these mythical left-wing Sceptred Isle haters!

Bruna Linzmeyer is 25% Black, and also has some Indian ancestry, even though she looks very white.

Indeed, she has a Black maternal grandfather - according to what I found.

Maybe her Black maternal grandfather was already a person of mixed ancestry. For example Ildi Silva's genomic makeup is 71,3% European, 19,5% Sub-Saharan African, and 9,3% Native American, yet she looks Black (maybe Linzmeyer's grandfather was also a mixed person like Silva):

Ildi Silva - you wouldn't guess that she is 71,3% White, would you?:

I wouldn't guess, no.

But I tend not to guess people's ethnicity. I leave it up to them to tell me, if they wish to.

"Oh, you're from <someplace>! How interesting! That's one place I've never been". I've been hardly anywhere, btw.

The closest I get to that sort of inquiry is asking them what the origin of their (extremely "faint") accent is.
