What Is the most boring film you have seen recently

No. No kidding. I stand by what I said. Boring.
The best thing about the LOTR film is I now know not to waste my time on parts 2 and 3.
Maybe some people who didn't find it boring don't lead as exciting lives as I do!
As I said, your mileage may vary.

I saw the movie twice... in turns I found it exciting, interesting, & then sometimes..saying to myself "Gee this is a long movie". I kept wondering what those in the audience .. unfamiliar with Tolkien's work, thought.

I really think this goes back to the problems with the work itself... an epic for modern.. or contemporary readers. Nobody is rushing out to make a film of Beowulf .. now are they? , yet the story still gets read & enjoyed by many.
