I thought it was Lawrence V Texas
"Marriage is between a man and a woman." - Illinois
That's somewhere in our constitution. Hence gay marriage = illegal.
The State of Oregon actually has a constitutional amendment against it...
******** ain't it?

Then i'll say that growing marijuana in your own backyard is harmless.I'll say using marijuana with a prescription.
come on, i have to win with that one.... what lesser laws are there?
damn you... but no.. I generally wouldnt leave my faeces behind.. a dog might![]()
Of course not, and nor am I against the idea of copyrights (though patents are another matter) - I was just mocking your ridiculous notion of branding people "anti-capitalist". There is more to capitalism than what's in the US constitution.Intellectual property rights are in the United States Constitution - do you consider that a pro-socialist document?
Clearly, they didn't see them as property, since your property right for physical property does not expire after 14 years. And I hope you don't need to be told how theft is different. Personally I'd much rather some guy copy my software when he wasn't going to pay for it, rather than him come breaking into my home and stealing my things. The Founding Fathers recognized them as property rights. With software, it generally takes a lot of work to get a functioning & marketable product. If the price is too high, people won't buy and the price will come down. Those that are pirating are no better than common thieves.
I fail to see how this assertion has any bearing on what I said. If it's valuable, all the more reason not to restrict it, some people could argue...??? Information is the most valuable commodity on the planet.
No one mentioned anything about theft.I don't think that theft is a Left wing or Right wing issue. No matter what side of the political spectrum you are on, theft is a problem. Even anarchists don't like their stuff to be stolen.
Actually, no, theft as a law never refers to copyright infringement. As defined by our inane rules governing intellectual property, maybe.
