I think I'd say the romulan warbird, but the sleeper ships from the beginning of freelancer look quite nice as well. Some to think of it, so do a lot of other freelancer ships. The hawk or the legionairre (or anubis, come to think of it) are espeically nice... Can't find pictures at the moment...

Anyone remember the (cough, really awful) 80s movie with a talking ship. It had a neat shape too, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called... I think it commit suicide at the end of the story (sob).

It had a kid-pilot, and it talked with a glowing globe above the front window. Externally, it had what looked like two eyes on short-stalks... they were actually weapons, I think.

Looked much cooler than I describe it.
