Even if I had such connection at home, I wouldn't spend the bandwidth gettin porn :P
It's much more interesting to open a 24/7 server for games, Quake 3 or UT server, or an FTP server. Concerning P2P, getting divx and games is more interesting than getting some courses about female anatomy ;) Plus I guess once you saw one film you saw them all eh, it should be working the same way for all movies..
 
Seriously, though, it is a real bugger that I have such a great connexion at work, and such a poor one at home. I get downloads speeds of over 300/sec at work, and then between 3.5 and 4 at home, which is where I want to download game patches, shareware programmes etc.

As I said before, it's a bit of fag. :rant:

strange... got just 200-400 kbps with joespaniel's test, but with munzy's test did i get 628 kbps download and 1694 kbps upload :eek:. i thought i had a 10 mbits connection, but 1694 kbps, that's 13.5 mbits...

2wire says I am running at 479-519 Kbps, but the pages at CFC are turning faster than before (with cable).

So far, this DSL is alright. :)
