Where have all the good men gone, and where are all the gods?
Where's the street-wise hercules to fight the rising odds?
Isn't there a white knight, upon a fiery steed?
Late at night, I toss, and I turn, and I dream of what I need.
Also this obscure yet once controversial 90's Norway live TV music performance about the two singers Egil and Kristoffer wishing eachother to be the other gender when going to the movies together (somewhat due to the explicit lifting of the skirt of the male lead singer in drag censored on the video but not the live broadcast at the time).
Wow, Nightwish. I remember listening to this song while playing the original Medieval Total War and imagining my soldiers as being the ones "Over the hills and far away" enriching the stories of the units that travelled far and eventually returning them.
Still can't beat Wishmaster though.
Just another song from the mad 90's kings of Norwegian madness Gartnerlosjen describing a psychotic break in a weirdly comedic tone, "Crisis". In lieu of english texting, I assume the clean-suits combined with poop-smeared faces and the singer wearing nothing but underwear and jumping around like, well, a crazy person, says enough about the general theme and feeling of the song.
